TYAD Music Group - Music and entertainment entity and the parent company to nine genre-specific record labels, TMG International, and TMG Music Publishing. TMG's record labels, and music publishing division are headed by leaders in the music community.

TYAD Pictures - TYAD Pictures Studios has goals to build a state-of-the-art movie studio. Under the direction of Shea Chambers (president), and Steven Ritchie (senior vice president), the movies studios will focus on medium and large-budget films in the genres of Action, Comedy, Family, Western, and Sci-Fi. Films will be produced internally, along with acquisitions of films from indie and major directors/producers.

TM Corp Distribution - TM Corp Distribution (TMCD), wants to create its own signature in the world of entertainment-based distribution. Since its inception in 2008, the group, under the leadership of president Eric Purvis, has been building its infrastucture - beginning with its executives and company policies. TMCD has the distinct responsibility of handling all distribution duties for music artists from TYAD Music Group, all films/movies at TYAD Pictures Studios, merchandise from What If... Merchandising and TYAD ALIVE!, along with product from The AMFIE.

Thrive Audio - Thrive Audio, the recording studio/production arm of TYAD Media Corp, promises to brand the music and entertainment industries with a style of its own. Under the direction company president Olivier Roulon, the division will focus on recording and producing audio for many of the acts released on TYAD Music Group's labels, along with recording, producing and audio sweetening for TYAD Pictures Studios, TYAD ALIVE!, The AMFIE, and TYADvertising.

TYAD ALIVE! - TYAD ALIVE! is a Concert, Sports and Events Promotions group - a division of TYAD Media Corp. Under the leadership of industry veteran, Raymond McGlamery, the company will manage and/or program venues consisting of: small and large clubs; theatres; arenas, and stadiums, along with promoting acts outside of the TYAD Music Group system, and will create its own ticket purchasing system, which will benefit all artists/talent, fans, and consumers.

TYADvertising - TYADvertising is a full service advertising/marketing division for TYAD Media Corp (TM Corp). Under the direction of Charles Danek and Ann Kirchoff, the advertising group has two functions - the design and implemantation of ad campaigns for TM Corp's entities, along with non-entertainment industry corporate clients.

The AMFIE - Creative design and implementation of multi media players and video gaming systems, along with corporate new media/marketing.

What If... Merchandising - Creative design and implementation of merchandise for TYAD Media Corp, TYAD Music Group, TYAD Pictures Stusios, TYAD ALIVE! TM Total Events.
